Check out that lighting, huih?

Very clearly there is the Dark -> Light symbolism going on in this photo, especially if contrasted with Vance's portrait, which looks normal in lighting. Consider:

The bottom half of the portrait, where his lapels and flag pin, are darkened, yet there is a light that rests at the top of his shoulders (more light is on his left, than right, but it's clear that the very tip is brighter). Makes me think that God's light (or hands, even) is resting on his shoulders.

Then on his face, our left side (Trump's right) is clearly darkened...combined with the narrowed eye. Darkness....closed off. Then on the right side (Trump's left), you have a much lighter side, combined with the normal, open eye. Wide awake.

Obviously, the plausible deniability is that "looks just like his mugshot", but for those aware.... :)
