What we need is a Constitutional Amendment stating that Citizens of the United States, and only Citizens, have the right to own property.

That eliminates property tax, endless automotive taxes, eminent domain, etc, etc, etc.

It also prevents corporations (the legal fiction of a corporate person) from owning property.
