DUIs are almost always illegals. This needs to pass.

Illegals have scummed up the west, they need to be gathered up and kicked the f' out ASAP. Churches and employers facilitate illegal entry into the USA, for cheap labor and membership numbers. It takes at least 4 mexi's to do equal work to a hard-working white guy - seen this time after time.
Language barriers put job site safety in the toilet.

Deport every last one, and fine/jail anyone harboring or helping them thrive here.
