It shouldn’t matter if they’re driving. Them just being in the country is a felony. I hate that we feel the need to pass a bunch of other laws because the ones we have aren’t being enforced.
I agree, but that said deeper layers of law should also be explicitly closed off so that instead of a single line of defense, a single law, but we have is a series of laws which are all supporting each other all the way down the line

If Leftist states can refuse to recognize a CCW from another state, then why can't states refuse to recognize driver licenses given to illegals?

If we actually enforced US 1324, other laws would be completely unnecessary.
Kind of like making more laws against murder, doesn't really make it any more illegal than it already is.
