Please Please be aware all of these interact with blood thinners. So if you or someone is taking proscribed blood thinners you MUST look into interactions. I am not a doctor I am not giving medical advice I am saying know your body and find out the full picture of what you are using in combination. I am a huge proponent of alternative to our current system btw so not supporting being stuck but be informed or ask someone who is informed ( a good doctor or naturopath etc)
