Government, all government, state, federal, county, etc, has to be abolished. Every institution claiming power over the patriots should be consigned to the dustbin of history.
The only law we need are the 10 Commandments.

So as long as our enemies stop using their tanks, jets, battleships, submarines, missiles, and trained soldiers…your plan should work. In your dreams of course.
We would still win against any of those things... a patriotic militia beats a "trained" government ape any day of the week.
Also, the militia won't suffer from the woke DEI enshittification enforced upon it by our communist military command
Name a time in modern history that has happened? Oh it does happen in “those” counties. Know why? Aid. Whose gonna aid us against our enemies? How you gonna get a rocket launcher? How you gonna get AA defenses? I see your passion for “get rid of it all, but that isn’t a reality anymore. We are waaaay past that. About 150 years past that. Maybe more. Of America shows weakness, we’d habe country after country coming in after this land. And they would make sure we never rose to power again. We’d be lucky they left us alive. What you fantasize about will never happen. It can’t. Well, unless a EMP or similar wipes out all tech in the world.
