IDEA: U.S. Citizens Identification Card Voluntary Lasts 10 years; $50 registration fee Must provide documentation that proves identification, US citizenship & current address. (Birth certificate, citizenship papers, driver's license, etc.)

Called a passport, ( they make cards too). Could be a driver’s license if we force states to identify who is lawful resident alien, and maybe not issue at all to illegal aliens. Let’s make it happen
