Acts as nation-wide open/concealed carry permit

What were they hatched? It is sheer laziness if you don't have a birth certificate. Oh, wait, maybe you are implying that people of color are too stupid to get one?

You might want to look into Soverign citizenship before you assume bith certificates are “required”.
