DOE = total waste of taxpayer $. So many federal jobs exist only to reward political supporters and have them in-place to maintain the power structure.

Absolutely spot on. This is what they do. And DEI was just giving them the path to do it. The pawns have no idea. They just keep doing the work of the deep state. It propagandises the pawn to continue to feed the beast....democrats in power....so they can stay in power.
