So long as it's accurate. I don't the ones that weren't found, caught and found to be not dangerous enough/ let go, to contribute to the totals.

If they raid to catch an illegal with a warrant and they find other illegals with them even if they don't have warrants they're arresting and deporting them as well. They even televised that happened in Boston last week.
