Check this out. Long story short. Found this on the phone, couldn't locate it for shit on the pc. Found it again on the phone, emailed my self a link, and it's there again. Let me know if anyone finds it without following the link, maybe I just missed it. Billboard out front is covered in pleas for help either from or to the Fag Bureau. I bet they cover that stuff up quick when it comes down. I notice the billboard changes constantly. https://maps.app.goo.gl/nYV5VZsKt8qnovan8
Thanks for the additional info.. didn’t know it was not recent … IMO It still shows it’s happened and Current Evidence shows it still is.. If not there still, in many other places.. It’s Horrendous!!!
The HELP sign where it lays is under where the main building of the Auto recycler used to be. I would say look directly under the HELP sign you can see from the road.
I wonder if there is a tunnel map somewhere to match up? I tried asking Brave's search and this is all it came up with:
Tunnels Under Cesar Chavez Ave
Tunnel Existence: There are tunnels under Los Angeles, but the specific location of tunnels under E Cesar E Chavez Ave is not provided in the available information.
Los Angeles Tunnels: The city has a labyrinth of tunnels stretching 11 miles under the city, initially constructed to ease traffic congestion, but they were later used for other purposes, including as a haven for speakeasies during Prohibition.
Cesar E Chavez Ave: There are several locations in Los Angeles with Cesar E Chavez in their name, including intersections and streets, but the provided information does not specify the existence of tunnels under E Cesar E Chavez Ave.
Nearby Locations: There are tunnels and other underground structures in various parts of Los Angeles, such as the Figueroa Street Tunnels and the McClure Tunnel, but their proximity to E Cesar E Chavez Ave is not specified.
Limited Information: The available information does not provide a clear answer to the question of whether there are tunnels under E Cesar E Chavez Ave in Los Angeles, and further research or investigation would be needed to determine the existence and location of any tunnels in that area.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/x6pyfLLnV8LeMb5FA I also hate to say it. In the Jan 2021 picture there is a children's plastic shopping cart wedged in the barbed wire.

Sure is worth investigating.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/wugvLH9cQjjAJ6HA7 - June 2021 the pipe wraps that were used were still on a newly shipped pallet.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/oeCsoheFgTGmJsu86 - Jan 2021 -- It is worth nothing that there are green pipes that seem to be missing Air vents?
https://maps.app.goo.gl/9Qeab8S1FBoftyqn8 -- Jan 2015 this was a auto wrecking yard. I am not sure but some of these structures might still be underground.

So... Inconclusive.

People keep saying this but I’m not seeing it. Where is the entrance to the underground tunnels?
