This isn’t true of ALL government employees. Some of us actually did the work for the rest. Competent DOGE personnel will be able to weed out the useless.
This, the the lady mentioned, is Pareto's law. 80/20. There are some decent fed workers, but the entire system is so filled with rot and deadwood, along with a non productive work ethos, that it needs to be broken down to the bare minimum and rebuilt. It will be easy to recognize performance. KPIs should be implemented. WTF should be earned and managed. RTO should rule the day until all of the evals have been completed.
