That's the confusing part, it isn't defined. Some state laws define it locally in the actual text of the law but even then it's super vague, other laws refer to Jewish organizations for their definition.
I don't like this. The Constitution doesn't mention the jews. No group of people should get special treatment. If any, why not the descendants of the original settlers? Very disappointing.
I'm still confused by all the laws for anti-semitism, on the one hand we know Israel is ran by fake Jews and real Jews don't like Israel as it exists, on the other hand it makes people questioning Israel look bad.
I've been wondering if eventually something will come out about Israel that will make the world react to anyone claiming to be Jewish, regardless of their stance, and this is suppose to help prevent that but even that idea seems a little weak.
Hmmm. Maybe Trump is going out of his way supporting Israel to set them up? Lot's of people criticize him, yet when Israel is dealt with, "Saving Israel for Last", he won't be the one exposing Israel, but the one will to deal with them over it. We know he will.
(e) In addition to identifying relevant authorities to curb or combat anti-Semitism generally required by this section, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Education, and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with each other, shall include in their reports recommendations for familiarizing institutions of higher education with the grounds for inadmissibility under 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3) so that such institutions may monitor for and report activities by alien students and staff relevant to those grounds and for ensuring that such reports about aliens lead, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, to investigations and, if warranted, actions to remove such aliens.
Definitely not a fan of "you can't criticize these people or this country". Everyone should be subject to criticism.
I agree we have free speech that includes speech you dont like, and how is antisemitism defined?

Dresden. I have questions.

Plausible scenario.
So legal immigrants who criticize Jews get deported?
"We are saving Israel for last. Very specific reason not mentioned a single time."
Wierd.
