AmateurExpert, what you have eluded to is EXACTLY what they are trying to get around...THE SENATORS & REP KNOW FULL WELL THAT SEDITION was done on 6 Jan 2020 AND they KNOW that they are facing something they have never faced before....and that is the "LOSS OF FACE" in Chinese parlance...loose face NO ONE will EVER TRUST one of these airheads for the rest of their lives...they are going to be book marked in the History Books as people who tried to bring down a DULY ELECTED PRESIDENT...
