You don't need strength to save lives. That's not a common statement whatsoever. The wanting to save human lives is generally innate. Particularly for someone who has chosen to be a first responder.
You also don't need wisdom to save lives. Some knowledge and common sense, yes, but not wisdom.
These nouns are relative to doing the right thing* OR *to accomplish an intended outcome. But isn't that a basic quality/requirement of a first responder to begin with?
I take it as another stab at DEI. Did you see the recent video of the lgbt fire fighter who cant carry a man out of danger and blames the burning man? There is the strength in question. Wisdom comes with experience, something most if not all DEI hires lack
