Damn. Nice hit. When I heard there were 30k beds (!) I was shocked cuz I was thinking it was maybe on the scale of 500 or something w/court facilities to process high value targets like Gates, Soros, Clinton, etc.

Maybe a big part of Gitmo is space for terrorist cells that were going to activate at some point?
