Man arrested in alleged plot to kill US treasury secretary Scott Bessent

Ryan English from Massachusetts, armed with a folding knife and two Molotov cocktails, surrended and told a US Capitol police officer that he had been there to 'kill Scott Bessent,' who was just confirmed as Trump's treasury secretary.
