He believes in truth....science does not Mean Truth or fact. Science begins with theory and practice and after many years of study and research can eventually find the truth.
Scientific Understanding? That’s funny. Science is a process that produces information about whatever is being tested. I.e. the scientific method.
The problem in science today is that researchers cherry pick their data to prove their point of view (remember figures don’t lie, but liars do figure). Once they have cooked the books and published their false data, the idiots say ‘Look, the science is settled!’
However, science is never settled.
