Thank you I agree - but it's gonna be a heck of a fight so I think we gotta put sights on it. This would be one heck of a 5d chess move I honestly have no idea how the law gets changed because senators are not going to vote themselves out.
only problem is, last time they were voting to increase their power/independence. Now they would be voting to give that all away - and i very much doubt you could get 2/3 of them to agree to it
We do here, on both levels. I’m in NV. Our Attorney General is a democrat and there is a democrat majority in our state senate. Las Vegas has a lot of power over all things NV. Our Governor is a Republican but I’m not sure he’s legit. He was the Sheriff in Vegas when that mass shooting happened. I think he got the governorship as a reward for burying the truth.
You bring up a good point - I don't think it's a dealbreaker though - perhaps if the amendment is repealed or superseded by a new one then this could be addressed
That's at the very top,of what we have to do to fix America.

Same way it was changed last time.
A constitutional amendment repealing it.

The states can do it without them.
A constitutional convention with 2/3 of the states.
Yes, but this could backfire. We have corrupt state legislatures. We have to fix those, too.
We have renegade senators, that don't represent the state or the people in the state.

Governors a puppet as you say.
