Some of those "idiotos" WON'T be able to eat anything when the cuffs are put on....Imagine, if you will, one sees a couple of burly guys with cuffs and waist chain and OOOOOH MMMMMMMYYYYYY...the bowels just let loose into the shorts like a bad case of diarrhea...OOOOOHHHHH MYYYYY!!!!!!!!
