Theres a specialty command about 30 miles down ROUTE 301 that ends in Indian Head, MD. and is called Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division, it's part of Naval Seas Systems Command (NAVSEA). This place has all the equipment and personnel to examine said "gift" to ensure it is non-functioning or static display only. I know. I used to be stationed there as active duty and as a civilian employee.
