I can’t wait for the fallout from this one! The judge does not get to overrule POTUS! The DS is going to try to block everything and just like the FBI tried to block ICE deportations and Tom Homan found them and will make an example of him, will happen with this judge. The DS has nothing to loose —when is an animal most dangerous—when it’s cornered.
I was reminded recently to consider what these Judges are being threatened with. Trump can’t get him if they already took care of it……I keep thinking of the judge that killed himself on last day before retirement. What was he supposed to do that he just couldn’t?
The executive branch is accountable to the legislative branch (through budget approvals and oversight) and ultimately to the people (through elections). This accountability structure would be blurred if judges were making executive financial decisions.
Judges must remain impartial to ensure fair trials and legal decisions. If they were involved in financial decisions within the executive branch, it could create conflicts of interest and undermine their objectivity.
Federal courts also have some inherent authority to address judicial misconduct, such as the power to discipline judges for contempt of court or to remove them from specific cases due to bias or conflict of interest.
this judge needs to be pulled like a bad tooth
Yes. Pulled out.
How is this judge "continued to fund NIH" ?
Didn't the judge just order President Trump to fund ?
Kinda like being mandated to wear a mask ?
Must have deep pocket
If they make him post a bond to continue , he better hope so.
Won't happen.
Yes.

I want to see it. What a bunch of stupid traitors.
So we don't need Congress either. Any random federal judge can just tell the Treasury how much to send and to whom.
Right. Howls.

He doesn't have the authority to do this. He has FA'ed and is going to FO.
Judge is involved directly in the act of TREASON!
Yes. El Salvador here they go.

No idea but all these people need to be fed to gators or leave them long enough in El Salvador.
I guess the Judges are running the executive and congressional branch.
I kept giving the example of the chef running the kitchen and the restaurant at the same time.
that's desperation...
Agree.
The preview of a judge is to determine whether a law is unconstitutional. cf Marbury v. Madison in 1803 etc
Oh, of course.

You telling me? Of course I know this.
It's like saying the accountants of the company making the financial decisions instead of the CEO. It just doesn't make much sense.

I hope someone step in and discipline these judges.
It looks like the judiciary is feeling threatened enough to strike out from where they're cornered.
Crawling out of their sewer.
