I don't think they will. A case has to be requested to be reviewed by SCOTUS, they don't pick any case from the court "mill" I think I am correct. Then the SCOTUS can refuse to hear cases, doubtful if this would be one they would ignore and not take.
Yes, it would seem so, but this is a terribly screwed up America and personally I believe they would wait for the case to cross their desk, sad but what can we do.
SCOTUS needs to step in and overrule these corrupt judges---maybe even have them transferred to It, Mississippi!

It would seem to me in THIS case where these judges have no jurisdiction that SCOTUS would step in!
