I know DJT will get America on the right track, but New York-I believe the people have to change New York-the voter rolls have to be cleaned and the cheaters have to be prosecuted, then New Yorkers (State and city) can then start voting in people who care about the people and the state, city and get things on track. DJT will have a lot more to think about than cleaning up New York. He should be able to go after the corrupt prosecutors, but outside of that...

I am glad it is working out for you, I'm not certain how the temperatures compare in central California to northwest Maryland, but our heat pump is terrible. I have heard they have gotten better over time, but mine is from around 9 or 10 years ago.

I agree, but it will be difficult to do-as government has all kind of regulations in place to block us from solving most things already. Trump was trying to get rid of some of them-and did, I think. I imagine Biden and his phonies/cronies brought all of them back.
