In a perfect world, sure. But until the false rape allegations and "believe all women" bullshit stops, got to put this one on hold so innocent people aren't being sentenced to death. Actual consequences for the false allegations would be a great start though. Like if the accused would have gotten 15 years, the false accuser gets 15 years.
