I suspect it was there all the time but not where you were expecting to find it 🙂
For example, your qagg link had "?page=3" but, after a few hours, it would probably drop down to page 4 or 5 as new posts are added at the top.
If you were following ten other people, the same Elon post might have been on page 28 ..... and linking to it would be useless unless everyone was following the exact same people you were following.
On your most recent attempt, you were probably more persistent in your search ... and it 'magically' reappeared 😉
The way to link to qagg posts is with the (share) "<" symbol on the top line, which gives you:
