Many don't know what to do with staples, one woman interviewed said I am cooking more at home to eat healthier. She was in the frozen foods section buying frozen premade foods that were worse than fast food. Knowledge is a real biggy here.
Get rid of the cards and give them vouchers for staples of a good diet. I'm sick of seeing 600.00 of steak and lobster paid for with ebt cards.

Good point. I guess we would need to have free mandatory cooking classes for recipients.
