It has bugged me for years to watch food stamp recipients in the grocery line in front of me buy nothing but awful, unhealthy food and snacks with food stamps. These are too often people with three or four stair-step kids in tow, carrying the latest cell phone and with several well-placed tattoos. Where is all the $ coming from?
