This image and claim is from Panu Huuhtanen's tweet. Panu Huuhtanen is a Finnish journalist.
The picture shows the difference in results regarding the
@NATO
support of Finns, when the state leadership rushed through membership without asking the people.
The upper 'result' is produced by a commercial research institute, one of which was already revealed to be #USAID - funded.
The lower number is the result freely given by Finns using their own bank codes (identification).
It seems that Panu Huuhtanen is a "reporter" with a little blog called Reformi-studio, which has not had a new post in two years, and their YouTube channel seems to be pretty inactive, too.
I did not see any mention of Taloustutkimus Oy on USASpending.gov, nor did I find the actual survey the tweet is referring to, but that might just be because I am shit at using Twitter/X.
What I did find, however, was this little Kansalaisaloite (Citizens' initiative) petition for Finland to join NATO, that was set up a day after Russia attacked Ukraine.
This website does require an actual ID verification.
https://www.kansalaisaloite.fi/fi/aloite/9997 ("Suomen haettava NATO-jäsenyyttä perustuslaissa säädettyjen ihmisoikeusvelvoitteiden toteuttamiseksi" - "Finland must apply for NATO membership in order to fulfill its constitutional human rights obligations")
The title is complete hippie garbage, but the petition collected over 50K verified signatures from Finnish citizens in a week.
The petition was set up in the 21st of February, 2022, so just a few days before Russia attacked Ukraine. This petition stemmed from the rising tension on the Baltic Sea.
For the first few days, the amount of signatures was just a few thousand, but after the attack, the amount of verified signatures jumped to 76K in less than 2 weeks. Granted, there is probably a lot of overlap with the signatures between the two petitions, but it is clear that the attitude towards NATO changed very quickly after the attack.

There are approximately the same number of participants in both, 1000-2000. https://x.com/HuuhtanenPanu/status/1891416919397314721

And then there is this one:
