He should've included in that EO that, at no future time, can a future POTUS reverse these decisions based on returning said Exec Control back to those agencies for the sole purpose of making them supposedly independent of Exec Control.
That way, the uniParty won't be able to legally or effectively revert back to the [DS] ways of running this country into the ground.
