I get your point. The way I live my life is that there is no surplus until the debt is gone. And at a minimum we must have a balanced budget. At this time it is way to early for giving money out.

I understand that. I think he has an innovative plan to take care of the debt. This proposed payment is a band aid that would actually be a huge help to a lot of struggling Americans in the meantime.
