I read most of his books until Misery. I realized halfway through how sick the book was and quit the book and him.

I only recently read one his books. Rose Madder, it was very good. The friend who lent it to me and has read everything of his insists he didn't write it. He says it's obvious which are possibly his and which are not.

It was really long, I took it along when I had a week of leisure at the beach. Whoever wrote it, it was pretty good not his typical Sci Fi horror stuff
