Honestly if I can use these as my 5 points I would lol. I do phone calls all day, kinda boring stuff, all I do is phones so no I wouldn't have to go in, I prefer working at home. I don't have to walk half a building to use the bathroom.

Im customer service. Now if yall stopped calling the irs, then I would be out of a job ... so stop calling
