Democrats are polling low

Actually, what Jake Tapper was saying is that congressional polling shows 21% of Democrat members of congress approve of what Trump is doing, and 40+% of Republican members of congress approve of Trump.

For congressional polling 61+% bi-partisan support is YUGE. And that is a problem for democrats.
