I think what Pam is trying to point out is the cover up that the FBI did is over the top!! This is the crap that she was given. The good news is that the real files have been found hidden in the SDNY and she will be getting all of it tomorrow. In addition, she has instructed Kash to start the investigation into the cover up.

I’ll get a better warm and fuzzy feeling if I stick a fork in my ear tomorrow morning and leave it there all day then I’ll get for a redacted binder and more promises.
