Phased release is harder to suppress. Their tactics are sound.

If it was all released to, MSM would run various distractions and it would be forgotten in a week. This way, people will begin to talk about it and word will spread to a much wider audience.

Much like the constant DOGE announcements, word is spreading rapidly and the DS have lost the narrative.
