The meeting with UK prime minister and the press conference needs to be revisited. It always appeared to me that the “raw earth” deal was secured by the US but Britain and France would be partners as well. Go back and listen to macron as well. But if they cut a seperate deal before with Britain and the PM failed to mention this then we have quite a new circumstance don’t we?
