Isn’t that soliciting basically? Or worse actually? Pushing for illegal things: child abuse, pedo-fuk-tardation, child p+rn+frafy, offering indecency to children, ect…I may have made those up but they sure make the point. Put him in prison ( male prison ). The rest of the story will be evaporated with 1 hour.
