Hydrocortisone Questions

I suffer from low cortisol, no doctor has helped(been to half a dozen and I KNOW the issue) Only thing that helps is oral hydrocortisone pills. Anyone have a source they use or any ideas? I know I can order overseas but curious if anyone uses any specific SITES or telemedicine even within the US to source theirs? Amazon sells Boiron cortisone acetate but it ends up being $10/day! My next attempt is to use dmso and hydrocortisone cream to see if I can get it into the blood stream.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to DM on here lol. I only seem to benefit from oral hydrocortisone but I’ll still reach out.
