Governance Structure: • Proposes the establishment of an interim administrative committee composed of independent Palestinian technocrats to manage Gaza’s affairs, effectively sidelining Hamas from governance.  • Plans for the eventual transfer of administrative control to a reformed Palestinian Authority (PA), with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas expressing support for the initiative.  3.
