What would happen in terms of laws passed, executive actions etc, if a former president was found to be illegitimate?

What process begins once that is ruled to be the case, and what happens to all the things they did during their time in office?

Maybe nothing other than Biden is shown to have been completely incompetent and other unelected people were running the show. In that case, I would think that would be the death knell for the democrat party.
