What would happen in terms of laws passed, executive actions etc, if a former president was found to be illegitimate?

What process begins once that is ruled to be the case, and what happens to all the things they did during their time in office?

If Obama faked his BC would it go all the way back to 08?

To go even deeper then that could it be found that the “Hanging Chad” was fraud? How far are we willing to look back for the Fraud? If say it takes it back to FDR are we gonna lose everything that’s happened?
