It also involves the CCP requirements for the training and background. A direct 2A attack.

Updated: Prospective buyers can challenge denied applications in court. And the state can revoke a permit if the person no longer meets the conditions. The state patrol would recheck eligibility for existing permit holders each year.

This last line… if you for one a felon that’s already a fact so what else are they going to use on that annual check?
