They created the External revenue service for a reason. It's going to replace IRS. No more income tax.

No tax on overtime wages would be nice. These ideas you speak of augmenting our tax dollars is feasible, if Congress would get it's act together and kill all the demonrats on the floor where they have the legal immunity to do so.
