Just to clarify the deal, tell me where I'm wrong please. Donetsk and Lugansk go to Russia; Kursk and Novorossiya stay in Ukraine. Ukraine doesn't join NATO; Finland and Sweden stay. A permanent buffer zone is created, but policed by essentially NATO. America gets mineral rights including the buffer zone and funds business development for those, but refuses to fund further military actions. Is that right? Basically Russia gets two regions and no NATO for Ukraine, and keeps Crimea?

Seems like a win win to me
It really would be. No shade intended at all. This is a fair compromise. Credit to Trump.
