Actually, I think they use the whole olives, seed and flesh, but it's still not considered a seed oil. They probably need a better term to describe the bad oils, one that points out how they are pretty much industrially manufactured and not pure pressed oils like olive oil. (Having one time gone to the pick your own orchard and picked five gallons of cherries, which then needed to be seeded with a hairpin until I was ready to scream, I would hate to have the job of seeding a bunch of olives.)
