The actual sedition act doesn't provide for it but other laws do. The federal law against conspiracy to commit a crime is one. The person committing the conspiracy to commit the crime will be charged at the same level and penalties of the crime they conspire to commit. That means they could be stripped of property and charged a felony for the conspiracy.
