Thank you for posting this. Been a bit since I’ve looked at it but just finished reading the main chapters again regarding IGO’s and NGO’s and then through to the COIN Plan/s. I’m pretty sure many parts of USAID has clearly moved into disrupting the US Coin plan with much of the Middle East and Europe. So yeah it’s good Trump is having DOGE clean them out since they’re more a hindrance to any US peace or military mission.
