You do know that it would take a court of law (most certainly the Supreme Court) to invalidate anything a President did while in office, right?
I'm concerned that people actually believe that Trump posting this means that anything/everything Biden did in office is now overturned.
Considering how many people thought they didn't need to file their taxes this year because some Congressman somewhere proposed a bill to abolish the IRS, I'm not going to assume they understand the nuances of our legal system.
You're right, but now imagine this: The 2020 election is shown to have been a fraud perpetrated on the American people, and that Trump actually won it. That might be enough to invalidate everything done by Biden because "fraud vitiates everything."
Sounds great. How is it going to be shown that the 2020 election was fraudulent, though?
We're still in the same boat. A court of law would have to make that ruling. Not sure if you remember, but we filed dozens, if not hundreds of lawsuits all over the country, from small courts to the Supreme Court, for four years, to try to show that the 2020 election was fraudulent. As far as I'm aware, not a single court ruled that the election was fraudulent.
But you believe the courts are going to rule the 2020 election was fraudulent now? Why?
Didn't say I "believed" it would happen, but I consider it one of several possibilities in the near future. I don't know if the Brunson case will ever be decided, or if a huge data dump would reveal it... but I'm just saying, what if that were to happen. It would be wise to keep it under wraps for the first year of the new Trump administration because I am quite certain the Left would say, "So OK, if Trump was really elected in 2020, his current term is in violation of the Constitution's two-term limit."
At first I questioned the legitimacy of this announcement, it just seemed too wild to believe, and the language seemed more fiery than normal. But there it is on Truth Social! https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/114175908922736427
Bold as brass. This is YUGE! My, what a time to be alive! It feels like an epoch of history is closing and a new one is about to begin.

Yeah, (they) are that venal and evil.
