No, we were in devolution. The WHs did allow whoever was behind the fake Biden regime to do their shenanigans. But the WHs acted as a safety barrier to ensure they didnt go too far beyond what was allowed.

Trump would not use autopen to Pardon 8,000 people. Obama invented autopen.
Obama used autopen a lot but didn't actually invent it. My first exposure to it was when Pat Paulsen, the comedian, was running for president in 1972. I went to his event at UNC-Chapel. After the event, he sold his signature for $1. The signatures were done by autopen, not by Paulsen himself.
